Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Partnership Manager, Engagement Manager, or similar role in an IT outsourcing company
- Proven success in achieving partnership-related KPIs
- Skilled in using CRM systems and partnership management tools
- Strategic, result-oriented, and highly organized
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Advanced English — both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Create and continuously refine the Ideal Partner Profile
- Research and generate leads; build a structured partner database
- Manage prospect data in CRM: log communication, attach documents, keep records updated
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, delivery, marketing)
- Negotiate partnership terms and agreements that align with company goals
- Serve as the main point of contact for all partnership communications and support
- Nurture long-term relationships with current partners
- Report regularly on partnership progress and outcomes to senior leadership
- Analyze the market to identify trends and opportunities for strategic alliances
