These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://prod.dteam.dev (“Website”), operated by DTEAM OÜ, a company registered under the laws of Estonia, with its principal office located in Tallinn, Estonia, and operational offices in Kyiv, Ukraine and Miami, USA (hereinafter referred to as “DTEAM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices posted on the Website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website.

The Website serves as an informational and communication platform for DTEAM’s professional services, including software development, IT outsourcing and outstaffing, UI/UX design, QA and DevOps, project management, and related digital solutions.

5.2 Call Booking Interface

The Website integrates a third-party scheduling tool (e.g., Calendly) that allows Users to book introductory meetings. Booking a call serves only as an initial conversation and does not constitute a service agreement or obligation to provide any specific outcome.

5.3 Careers Section

Users may browse open positions and submit resumes or applications. Submission of such materials:

  • Does not guarantee employment or an interview;
     
  • Authorizes DTEAM to process the provided data for recruitment purposes only;
     
  • May be stored for a limited period, consistent with applicable labor and privacy laws.
     

5.4 NDA Request Checkbox

The checkbox “I would like to sign an NDA before sharing further details” allows Users to express an intent to enter into a confidentiality agreement.

This expression of intent does not create a binding NDA. A Non-Disclosure Agreement becomes effective only after mutual written confirmation and signature by both parties.

5.5 Data Consent Checkbox

To comply with data protection laws such as the GDPR, Users must consent to data use before submitting any form. By ticking this box, you authorize DTEAM to process your personal information for legitimate business communication regarding your inquiry.

6. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of DTEAM or any third party.
