If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website.

- Contact DTEAM for partnership opportunities.
The Website and its content are intended solely for informational purposes. Nothing on the Website shall constitute or be construed as a binding offer, quotation, or legal agreement between the User and DTEAM. Any business relationship is established only upon execution of a separate written contract.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- “User” refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or interacting with the Website, including clients, potential clients, job applicants, or general visitors.
- “Services” means any professional services offered by DTEAM through separate contractual agreements.
- “Content” means all information, text, images, code, design elements, videos, and materials published on the Website.
- “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or can be used to identify an individual, as defined under applicable data protection laws.
4. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Website signifies full acceptance of these Terms. DTEAM may modify or update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Any updates will be effective upon posting on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated above.
Continued use of the Website following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
5. Website Functionality
The Website provides several interactive components designed to facilitate communication, recruitment, and business inquiries. These features are offered as a convenience to Users and do not, by themselves, create any contractual relationship or legal obligation between DTEAM and the User.
5.1 Contact Form
Users may submit project inquiries, including their name, email, phone number, estimated budget, and project description. Submitting this form:
- Does not create a service contract or engagement;
- Authorizes DTEAM to review and store the provided information; and
- Allows DTEAM to contact the User to clarify or discuss potential collaboration.
All submissions must contain accurate, lawful, and non-infringing information.
5.2 Call Booking Interface
The Website integrates a third-party scheduling tool (e.g., Calendly) that allows Users to book introductory meetings. Booking a call serves only as an initial conversation and does not constitute a service agreement or obligation to provide any specific outcome.
5.3 Careers Section
Users may browse open positions and submit resumes or applications. Submission of such materials:
- Does not guarantee employment or an interview;
- Authorizes DTEAM to process the provided data for recruitment purposes only;
- May be stored for a limited period, consistent with applicable labor and privacy laws.
5.4 NDA Request Checkbox
The checkbox “I would like to sign an NDA before sharing further details” allows Users to express an intent to enter into a confidentiality agreement.
This expression of intent does not create a binding NDA. A Non-Disclosure Agreement becomes effective only after mutual written confirmation and signature by both parties.
5.5 Data Consent Checkbox
To comply with data protection laws such as the GDPR, Users must consent to data use before submitting any form. By ticking this box, you authorize DTEAM to process your personal information for legitimate business communication regarding your inquiry.

You shall not:

- The submission does not violate applicable laws.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise through a signed NDA, DTEAM does not consider User submissions to be confidential.
9. Confidentiality and NDA Requests
Selecting the NDA checkbox or sending a message expressing confidentiality concerns does not automatically bind DTEAM to secrecy obligations.
An NDA becomes legally effective only upon the execution of a separate written agreement between DTEAM and the User, duly signed by both parties.
Until such time, DTEAM shall treat all submissions as general inquiries, without liability for inadvertent disclosure.
10. Third-Party Links and Integrations
The Website may contain links to external websites or embedded tools (including Calendly, LinkedIn, Google Meet, or other third-party services).
These are provided for convenience only. DTEAM does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for:
