Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle — from initiation and planning to delivery and closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the development team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee task prioritization, and manage resources efficiently. Continuously improve project management processes for better efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience managing IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
