Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (prospecting)
- Qualify leads to match our Ideal Customer Profile
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Initiate contact and engage with prospects via email, calls, or social media
- Schedule meetings and present tailored service offerings
- Maintain and update CRM with relevant sales activity
- Contribute to overall sales goals through lead generation and qualification
Requirements:
- 2+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in an IT outstaffing company or startup
- Proven track record in B2B sales and communicating with international clients
- General understanding of software development and IT terminology
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working with various sales techniques and tools
- Understanding of the full sales cycle and deal-closing strategies
- High self-discipline, time management, and a results-oriented mindset
- Advanced English level (both spoken and written)
